Bacon Wrapped Bananas

Wow, I thought I’d tried wrapping everything reasonable, and definitely unreasonable as well, but Bacon Wrapped Bananas? WOOHOOO! I am going to try these this week and let you know how damn good they are!

Ingredients
  • 8 Smoked Bacon Slices – cut in half
  • 2 Bananas – cut into 1 inch pieces
  • Juice of 2 Lemons
  • 16 Toothpicks
Preparation
  1. Coat banana pieces thoroughly with lemon juice.
  2. Wrap each banana piece with a strip of bacon and secure with toothpick.
  3. Place on a broiler pan.
  4. Put under broiler for about 5-10 minutes or until slightly golden.
  5. Serve immediately.
